    Terms and Conditions

    1. Dave and Mary Beth don’t charge a fee, but accept whatever amount the Lord lays on your heart.
    2. The host is responsible for two airfares.
    3. We will drive up to 6 hrs. from Dallas, TX.
    4. The host is expected to pay for gas expenses 3 weeks in advance of event.
    5. The host is responsibleto book flights if flying Dave and Mary Beth to and from event.
    6. The host is responsible for airport pick-ups and drop-offs and fortransporting us back and forth to the sessions.
    7. The host provides accommodations and meals for Dave and Mary Beth, either in a hotel or in a host home.
    8. We need a product table set up in a visible location.
    9. We reserve the right to cancel if needed, but it would only be with as much advance notice as is possible, and only in extreme circumstances
